Wm. Terry Wood, Registered Health Underwriter, and David S. Johnson, Registered Health Underwriter, are principals of Lehmann Wood Johnson, Inc. Spencer A. Lehmann, Registered Health Underwriter and Wm. Terry Wood, Registered Health Underwriter, are the principals of Lehmann/Wood and Associates, Inc. Together, Terry, David and Spencer have combined experience of over 75 years in insurance sales, claims adjudication and group insurance administration. They are the administrators of several retirement community long term care insurance programs, including those at Panorama City in Lacey, Covenant Shores on Mercer Island and Horizon House in Seattle. They also consult on Long Term Care insurance programs for a number of employer groups and public school districts throughout Washington. Our staff is available Monday thru Friday to provide personal assistance to our clients, agents, and business partners.

On March 1, 2004, our base of knowledge grew exponentially when Cheri McDonald, Registered Health Underwriter, joined the company. John Urich joined our team in March of 2006. With Cheri's and John’s experience, the company can now proudly boast that we have over 125 years combined experience in the LTC insurance field, giving our clients access to an even greater source of information and assistance. Additionally, John brings over 25 years of experience with annuities
