IMPORTANT INSURANCE NOTICE

Long term nursing care is a serious and costly form of health care. Recognizing this problem, the Tahoma School Dist. is now offering a new, low cost long-term care insurance plan. Underwritten by one of the nation’s leaders in insurance of this type, UNUM, it is now available on a voluntary basis to all employees who work at least 17½ hours per week.

All employees are incouraged to inquire.

The plan is available to new hires on a Guaranteed Issue basis* regardless of pre-existing health conditions. Spouses, siblings, adult children, parents, parents-in-law, grandparents and grandparents-in-law may also apply at Group Rates. Please read further for important coverage details and rates.
